Amigos do Bem is a large Brazilian NGO that has been working since 1993 in the northeastern hinterland to combat hunger and poverty, promoting sustainable social development through projects in education, work and income, health, housing and access to water, serving more than 150,000 people with the support of volunteers and donations.
